Our fee is fixed and monthly. Not a percentage of your revenue, not a share of your surplus. Everything your service earns stays with you.
You can’t outsource the licence. You can outsource the work.
Under the National Law the approved provider holds the approval. Any management company that tells you otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver.
Most management companies have never held a service licence. We hold 17.
Every system we recommend, we run in our own campuses first. If it does not survive contact with our own services, we do not sell it to yours.

Our founder is an early childhood teacher and approved provider who ran operations for Australia’s largest publicly listed childcare provider, then left to open his own. We read a profit and loss statement and a Quality Improvement Plan with equal fluency.
