Quality Support
Know where your service stands before an authorised officer tells you.
Most services find out they have a problem when someone official points it out.
By then it is a notice, a rating, or a conversation with your Regulatory Authority rather than a piece of work you scheduled.
Who this is for
No independent set of eyes on the service in years
Policies written once and never reviewed
A new Centre Manager who inherited systems nobody explained
You have taken over a service and do not know what you bought
A notice or complaint you want properly closed out
You simply want to know where you stand
What we do
Diagnostic review
Where your service actually sits against the National Quality Standard, across all seven quality areas, with what we found written down.
Policy and procedure
Reviewed, rebuilt where needed, and put on a cycle so they stay current rather than being rewritten before each visit.
Audit readiness
Evidence, documentation and the systems behind them, checked the way an authorised officer would check them.
How it works
On site
We spend time in the rooms, not just in the office. Practice is what gets assessed.
The audit
Documentation, systems, records and evidence, checked against what is actually required rather than what is customary.
The report
What we found, in priority order, with what to do about each thing and roughly how long it will take.
The follow-up
Optional. Some providers act on the report themselves. Others want us to work the plan with them.
What it costs
A fixed fee for the audit. The rest is your call.
The diagnostic review and written report are a fixed fee. Whether you want us to work the plan with you afterwards is entirely separate.
Plenty of providers take the report and act on it themselves. That is a perfectly good outcome.
Quality support
No minimum term
The report is yours
If you want this running continuously rather than once, that is a consultancy retainer or a management agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Usually a day on site, sometimes two for a larger service. The report follows within a fortnight.
-
Depends where you start. A service close to Exceeding might need six months. A service rated Working Towards with staffing problems is usually a year or more.
Compliance can be fixed in months. Practice takes longer, because it means changing how people work rather than what is written down.
-
Yes. That is what you are paying for.
We would rather tell you plainly and give you time to fix it than write something comfortable that leaves you exposed.
-
Your team, with us. Never us alone.
A QIP written by a consultant reads like one, and an assessor will ask your educators about it. If they cannot speak to it, the document works against you.
-
Partly. Documentation and systems can be reviewed remotely. Practice cannot, and practice is most of what matters.
For services outside our management footprint we can still do this, and we do.
