Indicative only. Staff cost is treated as fixed here, when in practice it moves with occupancy as ratio requirements change across the day. Thresholds are general starting points, not benchmarks for your market. Treat this as a prompt for the right question, not an answer.

She runs our consulting practice and manages services for a living, so these get written between actual client work. That is why we complete a small number each month rather than turning them around instantly.
